You can review the ADC example (using DMA) available under STM32CubeF4 MCU package:

STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.x.x\Projects\STM32469I-Discovery\Examples\ADC\ADC_RegularConversion_DMA

The example runs on STM32F469xx devices and can be easily tailored to any other supported device.

@Imen DAHMEN​ tks. But I need more details answer. Step by step. I open STM32F469I_DISCOVERY in stm32cubeide. (please see photos below). I ran the project. But I can't flash on the board. And I also need to know which pins are being used to connect to the hanmatec dos1102 oscilloscope.

Today I bought a potentiometer (B10K) and I intend to use it in the same project as the video I mentioned above. Will this be possible? Which example project should I use to work with potentiometer?

I've evolved a lot but I still haven't been able to. If you look at the video (I repost the link below) at 12 minutes and 53 seconds, it turns the potentiometer and the values change. However, here in my project with the stm32f469 disk kit, nothing changes.

You still haven't answered the main question I asked above: Why when I move the potentiometer Isn't it changing anything in the value of the dma-adc variable in debug? (Because in the video it works ok.)
