Hello, I am designing a wireless DMM , where i need to measure the capacitance from 1 nF to few Farads and Resistance 2 wire resistance measurement (till 40 MOhm) using stm32? Please can anyone guide me for the same

Where are you stuck?

Do you understand the basic principles of measuring capacitance & resistance?

People have been measuring these fundamental physical properties for centuries; so the principles are well known and well documented - they aren't going to be changed because you're using an STM32

When you say "wireless", what, exactly, do you mean?

Clearly the measurements themselves will require wires to connect to the things being measured
