Has someone used Micrel PHY KSZ8041NL with STM32 Connective Line?

This PHY cost only U$ 1,28 on Digikey for 1000 units, and has only 32 pins.

Check the possible jitter of STM32 PLL clock, this was one reason for selecting the PHY on ST eval board...
