Hard Fault Status Register, HFSR - Undocumented?

The HFSR is mentioned in the Firmware Library Manual, but its content is not described.

It doesn't even seem to be mentioned in the Data Sheet or Reference Manual.

Where is this documented?

It is documented in the ARM Cortex-M3 Technical Reference Manual.

(ARM DDI 0337E, section 8.2.2 Page 180)

You can get it from ARM web site.
