In 2008, STM32 family lines will grow and will see an expansion of the current options with Larger packages up to 512KB Flash, 64KB SRAM and with extended features such as External Memories/Bus support, SDIO, I2S, and DAC with additional features and many new services for our customers.

Dear STOne-32,

Another question, does the the External memory Interface is compatible with Nor and Nand flash ? I would like to use both in my scanner application one for code and the other for data logging. Thank You.

Dear STOne-32

I am going to use this year the STM32 in several projects, but most

important is the laser beam position sensor for the monitoring

of large experimental setups in CERN accellerator experiments.

The only feature which I need in addition to the STM32F103 series

existing chips is DAC. Concerning I want to ask.

1. If it is planed to have DAC in small package 36 and/or 48 pin?

2. If yes, then when approximatelly I can expect to have samples?
