HAL_SPI_Transmit does not work.

Hello everyone,

I try to transmitt data with my STM32L4A6ZG via SPI. I configured the Transmitt Only Master

Mode and have NSS via hardware selected.

 After Initialization I check with the function:

 ret_tx1 = HAL_SPI_GetState(&hspi1);

Which returns: HAL_SPI_STATE_READY,

but when I try to transmitt data, i can see neither clock nor data on the oscilloscope and the

SPI return Value ist HAL_SPI_STATE_RESET.

I do not know whats wrong. I would apreciate some help.

Here is my Code

The return value from HAL_SPI_Transmit is of type HAL_StatusTypeDef, not HAL_SPI_StateTypeDef. Your compiler should give you a warning about this.

If it's failing, look at hspi->ErrorCode to see the error flag.
