As if you couldn't find this information on thousands of web sites, starting with st.com...

Same as for any other STM32, same as for any other ARM Cortex-M based MCU.

I know ST webpages and documents also but from many STM32 programmers versioned from V1 to V3(SET/MODS/MINI) but among that which one to choose?
