FMECA/FMEDA for STM32WLE5 - MTBF calculation - FIT rate

we working on safety critical application on railway. We are going to workout a FMECA analysis on our solution and I need further documentation on the STM32WLE5. At the begininning of the project we already signed an NDA with STM to get safety plan for another STM MCU. 

May we talk directly than I will send you a copy of the NDA ?
