Flashing the STM32 from ARM RVDS 4.0

    Has anyone flashed an STM32 using the ARM RVDS tools? We are attempting to use ARM RVDS 4.0 for a new STM32 project and are unable to get a board to flash. We can connect to the board and download to RAM with out any issues. The board is an STM3210E.
