Flash timeout reset target and try again

hello, i am using stm32f407. I was working on PWM using timer4 .Accidently i connected VDD pin to 10V. Now my stm is not downloading program and previously downloaded program is also not working . Every time I press download button it is shownig me this message

''Flash Timeout:Please reset the target and try again.''

Please help me how to fix this problem.

Once you vapourize the silicon your only option is to replace the part damaged.

Hi tahir.muhammad_nabee,

You have exceeded the maximum allowed supply voltage. Then, the device is maybe damaged. Please, always check the datasheet for the electrical characteristics. You find information about the main supply in ''Absolute maximum rating'' part of relevant datasheet.
