Flash loader demonstartor not detecting device

Hi all, am getting error from flash load demonstrator v2.8 when connecting STM32nucleoF401RE and X NUCLEO WIFI IDWO1M1 , when upgrading UART firmware  'unrecognized device  .. please reset your device and try again' or ' No response from target bootloader cannot started please verify bootmode configuration and the flash protection status.. rest your device and try again'

Hello,

What is the number of detected VCOM of your Nucleo board?

Please try to clean not used virtual COM ports to have this number <100.

COM4 is the virtual COM port number.. am using windows 10 in my pc.. don't know whether windows and flash loader demo version matching is the problem .
