how can I configure the keil to download my program on the evaluation sheet STM32F4 Discovery?

Make sure the drivers are installed.

Select the ST-Link (Deprecated), and SWD protocol mode.

Flash->Configure Flash Tools

Utilities Tab -> Settings

also via the Debug Tab and Settings

The Debug/Download is generally a more effective route than using the Flash menu, but they might have resolved that by now.
