how to tell the stm32(f103c8t6) chip between the fake and the original

No test can be perfect, but this does a pretty comprehensive job:

Generally, if you bought it from ebay or amazon or another purveyor of fake and counterfeit goods, it's likely fake. Official distributors will likely be genuine.
