Evaluation kit for STM32F733VE

I am going to use STM32F733VE chip for AES encryption and USB feature. 

Can you recommend which evaluation kit and IDE should I use ?

    Usually there is an EVAL series board within the family of parts that supports CRYP/HASH operation using the same processor die as the part you want.

    You'd want to discuss availability with your local ST sales/support office.

    Alternatively you could get samples of the bare parts in a 144-pin form and replace the part on a NUCELO-144 board
