That's a bit general to attribute anything specific, is there any more context?

Check that you have disconnected the DISCO's CPU from the SWD before using it.

What pins do you actually have connected?

Have you verified the F105 is functional via the System Loader?

Do you have a circuit diagram for the F105 board?

Tips, Buy me a coffee, or three.. PayPal VenmoUp vote any posts that you find helpful, it shows what's working..

    Dear Clive,

Check that you have disconnected the DISCO's CPU from the SWD before using it.

What pins do you actually have connected? For programming STM32F105 I have used Pin. no. 46 and 49.

Have you verified the F105 is functional via the System Loader? no

Do you have a circuit diagram for the F105 board? Yes I have I can share with you on your mail ID.
