Doubt in SDIO

Hi 

i have a doubt about reponse register. The manual says that response register format is 48 bits but the SDIO reponse register is only 32 bits. then what about the remaining 16 bits .

may be its sounds stupid but i have a doubt.

you will get only card status (32bit)

got it. 

whats the RCA value that i need to send wth some commands?

example : CMD7  --- SELECT/DESELECT_CARD

whats stuffbits and its value ?

can anyone help me .. i am confused with that values

RCA is card unique address.
