Does internal oscillator use more or less power than the external oscillator on the stm32u073 ?

I am designing a product using the stm32u073 that aims to use the least power. Does internal oscillator use more or less power than the external oscillator on the stm32u073? Is there any white papers on how to achieve the lowest power consumption on the u073?

And meanwhile, is there some example implementation for the stm32u073?
