Does anyone have a config.memh file they could send me for the STWBC86. I saved one using the GUI and I think its corrupt.

The FW for STWBC86 is available on https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/steval-wbc86tx.html#tools-software.
Please, try to download again and upload to STWBC86.
Follow the User Manul UM3161 for the procedure how to upload the firmware to STWBC86.
