Yes, because you're trying to buy them in the spot market a year after supply started contracting..

People with them today will likely have ordered them 26-52 weeks ago, and will likely be looking for a premium.

You need to start thinking about placing strategic back-orders against stock that might show up at retail distributors like DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, Farnell, etc so you get the stock if/when it arrives.

​​In local market the ic has minimum 300 percentage rise from original price that's the major concern if I can purchase they are duplicate ic I'm getting one bad experience..
