Question

Do ADCs have independent input channels in dual mode?

I want to use ADC1 and ADC2 in dual mode simultaneous. In reference manual on p.360 there is a note that states that i can't convert tha same channel on both ADCs simultaneously ("no overlapping sampling times for the two ADCs when converting the same channel"). In my case on both ADCs channels 1 and 3 are used, but the channels of ADC1 and ADC2 are (as usual) mapped to different pins. Why can't I convert simultaneously ADC1_CH1 and ADC2_CH2 if these channels are phisically different and each ADC has it's own sampling circuit? Do ADCs have independent input channels in dual mode or share some common set of channels?

Thanks, remove topic "STM32 MPUs" then and add STM32F3.

This should help to reach relevant people for support.
