device markin and order number coding (revision identifier)

Hello could ypu please explain me how can I check from Order number of STM32F427VI which revision (HW revision) in this chip?

In datasheet I can check, that for STM32F4xxx exist several HW revisoon of silicon chip:

STM32F42xxx and STM32F43xxx devices:

 

0x1000 = Revision A

 

0x1003 = Revision Y

 

0x1007 = Revision 1

 

0x2001= Revision 3

 

 

When I can order revision 3 (0x2001) how can I oder it, which number in order code is revision number? Do you have somebody experience wit this ?

On my desk, I have ST32F427VI dula bank 2M and in errata documments is mentioned, that there is problém in Revision 1. Vhen pin PA is used and second bank is used too, tehere is problém, wit access, write to second bank. Do you have somebody experience with Revision 1 that there are problems with bank 2 ?

In my design are all pin used, and it means, that I can not use both bank in chip STM32F427 Revidsion 1. I would like to buy same chip, but with hardware revision 3.
