Hi All

How to calculate maximum current capacity of any micro controller?

I see tables for current consumption in all controller datasheets with different values.

What parameter should be considered while calculating current.

Look more into the data sheet. Table 21 'Current characteristics'  tells what current may flow in and out of the device.

It's not entirely clear whether you're talking about how much power can be delivered from a pin to connected circuits, or how much power the chip itself consumes.
