I would like to know why stlink is connected even though I disabled the debug pin in cubemx.

Hello @taeun, welcome to ST Community,

You might be still activating the SWD pins (PA13 as SWDIO and PA14 as SWCLK), if they are not explicitly inactive, the ST-LINK might still be able to connect.

Check section 4.1 SWD/JTAG pinout in AN4989

Thank you for your answer

Do you mean that even if you deactivate that pin in cubemx, the stlink will be connected?
