Hi all

This's datasheet for reference.

http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/21298c.pdf

Could I use it directly without any level shifter for 3v3v to 5v?

Can someone kindly tell me where to lookup the information?

Is the Digital IO part or not? I can't understand the description clearly.

Thank you all in advance.

According to that datasheet, MCP320x could be operated at the same supply voltage as STM32, say 3.3V, with reduced sampling rate, then you don't need level shifts.

If you'd insist on using 5V supply for the MCP320x, I'd recommend to use level shifts, even if it might work marginally without them.
