Hello @hyunjunkim and welcome to the ST community,

What do you mean by “the reference circuit for the STM32G474MET”? A hardware reference design?

If yes, you can refer to the AN5093 “Getting started with STM32G4 Series hardware development boards”

And the other boards like NUCLEO-G4 board schematic: https://www.st.com/resource/en/schematic_pack/mb1367-g474re-c04_schematic.pdf

As always, you can find all available documentation & other supporting resources on the Product Page:

Follow links to the board’s own Product Page - there you will be able to find schematics, etc on the ‘CAD Resources’ tab; eg,

https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-g491re.html#cad-resources

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.
