Connecting SRAM to the stm32f103z

    What size memory can I connect to the FSMC if it is SRAM. I am trying to connect 256k by 16. Is this possible? The memory chip I am trying to connect is the IS62WV25616BLL. Datasheet attached.

    Any suggestions?

    Then page 40/48, We have almost the same SRAM but 512x16 . Hope this helps you.
