complete reset of stm32l

is it possible to make a complete reste oh the stm32l?

because we tried to download a program, in the programme we were using the pin13 of the port A and now we can't download anything on the card.

so i would like to know if it's possible ton make a complete reset of the electronic card ?

Well not really. You'll need to get the BOOT0 pin high and reset into the System Loader on ROM, if you start the part up that way you can then erase the FLASH to remove your errant code.
