the LL library of the stm32f4xx and stm32f7xx , is the same ?

    LL libraries are designed for very low-level tasks and there is general compatibility between them, but this is not the case for all peripherals. There can be incompatibility and some functions which exists in F7, are not available on F4, depends on device features, and vice-versa of course.
