Code was successfully executed in osemed. But, copying the bin file to the target failed with message "There is no enough space on the disk". We are using nucleo L476RG.

Hi @AAJAY.1 and welcome to the Community :),

Try first to upgrade the ST-Link firmware version using STM32Cubeprogrammer.

Secondly try to erase the flash using the same tool.
