CMSIS svd missing entries for stm32 system control block (sbc)

https://cmsis.arm.com/vendor/stmicroelectronics/

 has the SVD that describes processor registers but it appears to be missing important things like the system control block that contains all of the fault information registers, hfsr, mmar etc, this stuff

Is there some way to feed this back to ST, other than this discussion board? I'm trying to use

 but its not easy if these important registers are missing...
