can you guide me how to implement MQTT protocol on stm32H743

I am working on STM32H743 controller with WIZnet W5500 ic. ethernet implementation is done. so further, it is possible to implement MQTT protocol on it or i need a OS on stm32.

please guide me

after a long search on google, I found that Paho MQTT library is suitable for STM32 broker.

but not confidence about that does it really work without OS.

please some i already done can guide me. i am new to IOT platform.
