Can we use two QUAD SPI of STM32l496RGT separately?

In our design we use QUAD SPI for memory interfacing, can we use QUAD SPI separately for two different memories.

We trying to interface flash memory on QUAD SPI1 Bank 1, SRAM on another QUAD SPI2 Bank 2. Can it will work?

In application note, QUAD SPI is used for the 4 bit, 8 bit Flash memory interface.
