Yes, the STM32N6 BootROM can use Winbond NOR flash memory such as the W25Q series. In particular, the W25Q64JV model has been specifically validated for use with the STM32N6 External Memory Manager.

Do we need to do any modification in the memory code before using the W25Q64JV  ? 

Additionally, does the STM32N6 support the MX25UW25645GXDI00 memory?
