Can't achieve 100% duty cycle for center-aligned mode in HRTIM

I am currently using CMP1 and CMP2 to generate a center-aligned PWM signal from HRTIM. As the value of CMP1 can't be less than 3, therefore it appears impossible to create a PWM with a 100% duty cycle. If any one has any solution kindly suggest
