Can STM32F401CEU6 and STM32L433CCT6 be used interchangeably?

I have a circuit board that uses STM32F401CEU6, and now I decided to replace it with STM32L433CCT6.I want to know the transplantation method from using STM32F401CEU6 to using STM32L433CCT6 in the program.
