CAN port 3 transmission and reception does not happen in STM32F413VH.

Check the filter/bank numbers, they have to be correct as far as I know.

I never used more than one can port.

does anyone know why m I facing this issue?

in loop back I checked CAN3 and it does work fine.

did you check the valid bank and filter numbers for can3?
