Can I use stm32f407 for smartcard project ?

Hi, Can I use stm32f407 for smartcard project ? I found prepared 

smartcard project for some EVAL boards and STM32L053 boards in st's website. I wonder that can stm32f407 be used instead of eval boards and l053 boards ?(by the way if it can be used, I am going write new codes , I wont use st's)

And  can we adjust/change the voltage of power pins of tda ?
