Can I erase OTP area (STM32H7A3) by mass-erase externally? I understand that OTP area cannot be erased by the application software. But if use JLink/STLink memory erase, it can surly be erased otherwise it will sit there forever...

OTP = One Time Programmable.

It may only be written once and you cannot erase it.

STM32H7A3 is an MCU so changed topic from STM32 MPUs to STM32 MCUs.
