Can i connect my STM32F407 MAC to MAC without PHY level

Hi, i have problem, i can's understand, can i connect STM32F407 MAC(RMII) to MAC(RMII) KSZ 8863 without PHY level. In STM datasheet shown only RMII->PHY connection. I use lwIP lib, but it need PHY level. What can i do? Sorry for bad english.
