CAN communication on STM32F429ZIT6 problem

Hello, I initialized CAN on STM32F429ZIT6 on registers. I would like to tranmitt and receive messages. But on transmission lines is silence. Hello,

Before going ahead with the baremetal, please use the HAL to validate the hardware and the software then try to simplify your code by following the register call sequence in the HAL.
