Bypass cap placement and routing on STM32U5G9

I am wanting advice on the placement and routing of the power bypass capacitors on a STM32U5G9 UFBGA144 processor. Are there any layout reference designs? I am routing a 6 layer board.

Thank you! I checked the STM32U575I-EV board and like the STM32L4+ product I recently used the UFBGA package has the power pins near the edges of the chip which makes placement of the bypass caps easy. On the STM32U5G9 UFBGA the power pins are more toward the center of the chip. I had looked at AN5373 but there was only reference to how to connect a bypass cap to an LQFP package. I’m planning to place the caps just off to the side of the chip on all 4 sides and hope that provides enough low impedance. Otherwise I guess you could use blind vias or via in pad?
