so looks project in keil:

here we see that entries doubles in .uvprojx :

Hello,

I have checked and generated the project using your .ioc: I do not see the issue that you have mentioned with Keil.

You should clean your Target, check and set up properly the Include Paths, then try rebuild again.

Please keep me informed with your issue state.
