[Bug] STM32CubeMX 4.26.0 generates invalid code when project is not migrated

If you do not migrate a project from 4.25 to 4.26 then the code generated will be buggy. E.g The copyright header in the main.c is missing as well as the functions like MX_GPIO_Init().
