    What about BOOT1?

Check the datecode, the very first chips from the demoseries have had no bootloader preprogrammed.

    Hello,

I've a problem with bootloader on STM32F103T8 device. I've this device on my selfmade board, connected only to power supply, UART1 (via PA9 and PA10) connected to MAX232 and BOOT0 connected to VCC. I can't get any response from the device. All other pins are left unconnected. I've tried to connect NRST to external reset, but it didn't help. I've two exactly same boards and both are doing nothing. Can anyone help me?
