Board temperature limit test results

Hello Gyessine,

 

We tested the board in chamber, it seems that it can only work @105℃, even we decrease the CPU clock to 40MHz, if CPU clock is 200MHz, it only can work @95℃.

 

We are using seperate LDO for 1.2V Core, you can check the circuit below.
