Hi 

i wonder if it is possible to read the changes on the GPIO pin where the GPIO pin is configured as GPIO_Mode  = AF pin mode.  on f429?

    Yes.

    See last point in 8.3.11 Alternate function configuration, in RM0090 rev.11.
