What is your problem after all? The vector table must be located at 0x08000000 anyway, and that address is obviously even 'better' aligned than the align directive suggests ...

Even for a relocated vector table (via VTOR register) the alignment requirement is more restrictive than both align directives.

You might want to take any CubeMX output with a pinch of salt, it's not exactly a primary reference material.
