After using USART1 (PB6, PB7), I can not connect to ST-Link, even if I have disabled JTAG

In my project, I need to use PB6, PB7 as the pins of USART1.

But,when I set it,I can't connect to ST-Link,

I'm sorry, I accidentally sent the problem out, when I was not finished.

Someone told me to disable JTAG, I did it, but ST-Link still did not work.

But JLink is still working in JTAG mode.

I don't konw why~

Do I need other code to disable JTAG?

(In addition I used the freeRTOS, and this related?)
