ADC Glitch

Hello everyone,

We have a MCU STM32F427. There are 5 ADC channels. During our testing, we found there is ADC glitch, see attached picture. There are 2 significant drop in ADC.

Do you know the reason that cause the ADC glitch?

Sorry, what am I looking at here?

The voltage on one of the pins you're sampling? Something else?

Where it is switching to your source for the charging capacitor?

How much current can you source?

What is the sample rate, does that correlate to this glitch?

If it correlates with the sampling start, the output impedance of the source is most probably inappropriate.
