Acordding to official Datasheet,we know STM32H750 have only high-speed memory of 128 kBytes,but at some communities someone use it token for 2M kBytes. why?

At some communities, some people can use STM32H750 token for 2M kBytes. why? for ecample ARMFLAY's H7-TOOL production ,it's amount of code is much larger than 128 kBytes. could we do copy this ?

The chip may contain more FLASH, but it's not tested, so it may be faulty. ST also may decide to make chips without the large FLASH under this designation in the future, or block the extra FLASH in some way.
